Title:   Emotional Stress in Humans

Stress is a common experience. Perhaps you have heard someone exclaim, "I'm stressed out!" This course will examine how humans experience emotional stress from various perspectives. What is stress? Where does it come from? What purpose does it serve? How do individuals cope with stress?
