Title:   Leadership in Daunting Times
Today's world requires leaders with tremendous strength of character. The events of September 11th and beyond have shown us that in times of great adversity, true leaders step up to challenges, regardless of how daunting the task appears. This course will explore some historical examples of great civilian and military leaders who overcame great odds while in pursuit of their goals. Some of the questions that will be addressed are "What qualities and traits are common to great leaders?", and "What effects can good (and bad!) leadership have on an organization?"  Along the way, you'll learn what it takes to develop those leadership qualities and become a better leader yourself.
