James L. Voogt

Nationally recognized for his research in the area
of endocrinology of reproduction, Dr. Voogt is a professor of Molecular
and Integrative Physiology in the University of Kansas School of
Medicine, Department of Physiology, Kansas City, KS. He is also
the past Chair of the Department of Physiology and was also the
Associate Dean for Research. Voogt is the author of more than 90
research publications and book chapters and has been an invited
speaker at universities, conferences and medical centers in the
USA, Europe and Japan. In 1999, he spent a sabbatical year as visiting
professor at Erasmus University in the Netherlands.
Voogt was the recipient of National Institute of Health
grants for both of his graduate degrees. In addition, he was a postdoctoral
Fellow and lecturer in the Department of Physiology, University
of California, San Francisco.
