Olive M. Kimball

Elected to the Academy 1998

MS in Science Education and ED.D. in Educational Psychology from Northern Illinois University (NIU). Additional studies at Bryn Mawr Institute for Women in Higher Administration and at the Harvard Institute for Educational Management prepared her for a distinguished 18 year career at NIU. Positions at NIU included service as a Professor and Director/Chair of the School of Allied Health Professions. From 1993-2000, she served as the Executive Director of the National Accrediting Agency for Clinical Laboratory Sciences (NAACLS) in Chicago. In 2000, she assumed the role of CEO of NAACLS.
